As interest in Scottish culture continues to grow across the US, Glasgow-based kilt specialists MacGregor and MacDuff are bringing their traditional kilt fitting service to Richmond.
From 17th - 18th October, one of the company’s experienced stylists will be based at the Delta Hotels Richmond Downtown, offering one-to-one kilt fittings, helping customers choose their family or clan tartan, and advising on how to style traditional Scottish dress for weddings, events and everyday wear.
It could make for a strong visual TV piece, from the measuring and fitting process to the wide variety of tartans, kilts and accessories, with the added opportunity to speak to New Yorkers about their connections to Scotland and why Scottish heritage continues to resonate in the US.
The team would be happy to discuss the story, provide access to the fittings and arrange interviews with the stylist and customers.
