Did you know that cutting paper snowflakes can be a mindful practice? Anchoring your attention to the present moment, you engage in active, slow, and repetitive movements, which helps calm your busy mind and since each snowflake is different, it encourages you to let go of perfection.
Mindful Mondays takes place each month to promote being present and intentional at the start of the week by introducing new ways to practice self-care and mindfulness.
