I knew a girl so lonely, she never left her room.
In this electric, one-act musical we follow Grace, a reclusive a young pianist, who befriends the shadow on her wall. During a complete blackout, this “shadow” takes physical form and the two are forced to face their own stagnation and the consequences of physical touch. Who should hold ownership over the body that exists between them – the troubled, living person who wishes they could disappear, or the discontented spirit desperate for a second chance? Through it all, Grace and the Ghost illuminates the process of healing through our darkest moments and taking a brave step back into the light.
