In intermediate Yang Style Tai Chi, we will build on the basics of the Yang 24 form while learning to cultivate breath work, balance, and internal awareness. New skills will be taught and added each week. Session runs from September 10 - October 29. Registration is requested before the first class meeting and will cover all eight sessions.
