Guided by a friendly instructor, you’ll flow through gentle stretches and simple poses—all while comfortably seated or using a chair for support. It’s perfect for beginners, busy minds, and anyone who wants the benefits of yoga without the intimidation of a full studio class. Come as you are, leave feeling refreshed, and maybe even a little taller. Ages 18. Registration required.
