Boydton Day Boo Bash 5K Run/Walk and Costume Contest

Join us for the Boydton Day Boo Bash 5K Run/Walk on October 31, 2026 at 8:00 AM to help kickoff the 50th Annual Boydton Day and support the Mecklenburg County Cancer Association! This out and back run/walk will be held on the Boydton leg of the Tobacco Heritage Trail. It will be the kickoff event for Boydton Day followed by a quick walk up to the Boydton Day Parade at 10:00 AM and visiting the vendors and all of the planned family friendly events! This run/walk features a smooth crush'n'run packed trail with minor elevation changes. Runners and walkers of all ages may dress up in costume or athletic clothing and run, walk, or both from start to finish. All participants will receive a finisher medal. Run/Walk and Costume Contest winners will receive a trophy. And one of the best parts of this event is that 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Mecklenburg County Cancer Association!
